Head of Business Process Management

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, your primary responsibility is to drive strategic development and execution of process improvement, quality management and change activities across the entire organisation. This will support all processes both Operational and non-Operational functions. 

About The Role

You must be able to lead a team that acts as internal consultants which identify and drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, tighten ICS across the business through process reengineering and improved data management, reduce operating expenditure, increase operations generated revenue and mitigate losses, and make sure the Governance and IT Change processes, projects and programmes are implemented and followed.

About You

You will have a proven track record of business process management and transformation experience as well as project management. You must be skilled at managing sizeable teams and possess either Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Project Management Certification. Previous experience working in an FCA regulated environment is essential.
