Tax Manager

JMF are pleased to be working with an provider of corporate trust and wealth services to companies. They are looking for Private Clients Tax Manger who will be driving the team in a challenging and international environment. The role will provide Tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of Family Private clients. The primary responsibility will be to deal with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of Private clients. You will also provide assistance to Director/Principals/Partners in both client work and in the management of the group and on occasion the practice.

Main responsibilities will be a key contact within the firm for the client, together with the Partner. This will be responding quickly to, as well as anticipating, client requests/needs. Keeping the Partner informed about, any new business opportunities arising on existing and new clients.
Liase with HMRC. Ensure assisgnments are completed within agreed budgets and keep client/Partner/Practice informed of overruns and plan staff assisgnments in order to give an appropriate spread of experience. Actively participate in the management of the Group through Partner/Manger meetings and by attendence at social functions. Training must be provided to more junior staff both on the job and through monitoring exam and on the job performance, whilst consistently providing feedback.

Skills/Qualifications
ACA/CTA Qualification. Relevent UK experience in a similar position in any of the different Family Private Welath areas. Knowlege in international tax matter.
