My client is a market leader in the technology industry with a growing reputation for service quality and excellence. In line with its strategic plan the business is experiencing extraordinary growth and the need has arisen to recruit a highly competent Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to support the Managing Director and wider Executive management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, preparation, and communication of financial and business analytics.
  • Participate in key operational business decisions and financial planning.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting process for the assigned Business Unit.
  • Leverage tools and systems to quickly access data and present meaningful, concise information to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial information to Business Unit Management, including the compilation and delivery of monthly reporting packages.
  • Furnish timely and accurate forecast information – Revenue, BU Contribution, Cash Flow, Business Development expenditures, and capital expenditures.
  • Support the preparation of cost estimates for client proposals.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses as requested.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related study.
  • 7+ Years of related experience in a project-based professional services firm or similar environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.), PowerPoint and MS Dynamics AX or other ERP systems.
  • Ability to develop trusted business relationships throughout the organization by delivering quality work product on deadline.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of internal clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional communication, organization and time management skills.
