Are you looking for a new job based in the City of London? Do you have experience of using the CRM systems Advisor Office? My client is a banking and wealth management group with a requirement for a Accounts Assistant to join their finance team.

You will be responsible for:
*Chasing commission statements and ensuring accuracy of commission allocation
*Preparation of bank reconciliations and processing of company receipts
*Assistance with the purchase ledger and expense claims process
*Maintenance of fixed asset register in SUN, creating new assets as well as disposal
*Providing cover for the pension payroll administration
*Maintenance and review of department procedures


The ideal applicant must have:
*A solid grounding in accountancy and experience using Advisor Office
*Excellent communication and Excel skills
*Strong attention to detail
