Director of Finance and Corporate Services

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Director of Corporate Services will be responsible for Finance, ICT, Facilities and Hospitality/Catering.
Key accountabilities include:
- To have a key role in supporting the continued growth of the organisation by working with the service delivery and income teams to plan for greater impact within a financial framework of sustainable income generation.
- Being at the forefront of shaping and supporting change within the Charity. This will include producing the strategic financial plans for the Charity and Trading Company
- Develop appropriate plans, budgets and key performance measures, ensuring that cost effective staffing and other resources are in place to support the plans.
- Investment appraisal, value for money and cost benefit analysis and recommendations on proposed initiatives and projects.
- The delivery of effective leadership across the Charity and specifically to direct reports.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of implementing and further developing the corporate strategy to support the work of the organisation going forward. The successful candidate will hold a recognised accountancy qualification and have a track record in creating and leading high performing teams, delivering complex systems, process and cultural change programmes. Experience in managing different (non-finance) teams is desirable but not essential.
