Cost Accountant

Global, leading manufacturing business with a reputation for innovation are keen to appoint an experienced individual to join their finance team. This is a key position where you will take responsibility for the cost and manufacturing data analysis for your own business unit and preparation of reports, working closely with supply chain and manufacturing teams to enable sound decision making. You will manage the product costing model and assist in driving internal financial controls.  As a candidate, you will have proven experience of working in manufacturing/costing and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of finance and manufacturing business, including ERP systems and advanced Excel.  Naturally, you will be a strong communicator, as you will be dealing with people across all business units, particularly with non-finance, and have a keen eye for detail. You will be keen to develop your career in a dynamic and supportive company and ideally be educated to degree level and either newly qualified, or reaching the final stages of ACA,ACCA or CIMA qualification.  Our client offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
