European Director of FP&A

Our US, blue chip client is seeking to appoint an experienced European Director of FP&A. Reporting to the European CFO, this individual will take accountability for modernising and commercialising the Regional FP&A function.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the European CFO and senior leadership team
• Playing a key role with regards to the integration of recently (and future) acquired businesses from a systems, reporting and FP&A perspective
• Ensuring best in class budgeting, forecasting, financial / business planning and in depth analysis
• Through the team ensuring the European Board papers  /management accounts provide high quality, meaningful management reporting / information
• Leading and developing a high performance team
• Working with the US FP&A function

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate, qualified accountant
• Strong Group / Regional FP&A experience (reporting, systems, budgeting, forecasting, planning and analysis)
• Experience of successfully integrating acquisitions
• Natural leader of people
• First class relationship building skills – a natural influencer and business partner
• US parent company experience is useful but not essential

Location: London

Package: Circa £115,000 to £125,000 plus package, incl. bonus & benefits
