Interim Academy Accountant

The SF Group are currently recruiting an Interim Accountant for our Stratford Upon Avon based charity client. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation for initially three months with a view to going permanent for the right candidate. You will support the Finance Director in a review of the end to end accounting process. You will produce management accounts, run systems analysis and review the ledger functions. My client is looking for candidates to show that they are change orientated and can adapt to a busy finance department.

Our client currently uses Sage 200 so in-depth experience of Sage packages is a must for all applicants. You will be utilising the system to streamline year end accounting and how information flows across the various locations of this multi-site charity/service provider. Charity sector experience is highly advantageous but the successful candidate will be willing to be hands-on in redefining, and then running the, monthly accounting processes and bring experience from SME sized organisations. You will be confident in setting timelines, getting the most out of existing systems and be able to come on board and hit the ground running.
