CFO

Our client is a world leader in its chosen vertical sector and has transformed the market in which it operates.  The business is VC backed and has international operations in 6 countries.   The business is profitable and has an ambitious and exciting 5 year growth plan.  The organisation requires a commercially minded and self-sufficient CFO  to report directly to the CEO and ensure that the company and the Board are expertly advised in line with the agreed strategy.   In addition, the role will have overall responsibility for the Group wide Finance function and all financial and management reporting as well as developing KPI’s and strong cash management skills.  The successful candidate will be expected to liaise with the banks, investors and other third parties so previous private equity or venture capital experience would be a huge advantage as would transaction experience.   This is a small organisation so the CFO position is a very hands on and operationally broad, visible and commercial role.
