Head of FP&A

Our client is a high growth technology business. To support its continued growth a Head of FP&A is required to support the commercial development of the business. Key responsibilities will include -

• Preparation of the monthly management pack and Board deck
• Analytical review and commentary on reported financials
• Running annual budget process and monthly reforecast exercise 
• Functional monthly reviews with key Executives
• Maintain hiring plan/ open vacancies
• Sales operations responsibility
  • maintaining latest quarterly billings forecast with sales leaders
  • preparation of quarterly sales comp calculations
• Developing and reporting of key functional metrics
  • marketing - demand generation data
  • sales - pipeline tracking 
  • development - key metrics - agile delivery of KPI’s
  • deployment - utilisation and customer support data
  • SaaS operations - key platform usage data
• Support planned financing round
  • maintain financial models (already developed)
  • prepare financing deck

You will be a Qualified Accountant who has experience of working in a senior FP&A role. You must be highly commercial with the ability to translate numbers into trends and actions. You must be able to act as a business partner to people outside of finance at all levels. You must have excellent presentation skills. Previous experience within a software or technology business is a pre-requisite.
