Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Commercial Manager/Business Partner The Company:- has been established as one of the leaders in their market for over 50 years. The Group generate revenues in access of £1b and are supported by a dynamic workforce of over 20,000.
The Role:- will be to provide meaningful commercial analysis on all production and labour costs and supply chain issues. You will ensure that costs are accurately calculated and realistic. Responsible for the group's labour costing systems, acting as a business partner to Supply Chain Operations and Production Management team.
You will drive cost saving initiatives, ensure month end reports are delivered accurately with key trends/spikes and variances on workforce management.
You will support the business units with meaningful analysis/reports and drive best practises across the group, taking early responsibility for understanding and managing, the labour costing and supply chain cycle.
The person:- Ideally a graduate, qualified ACCA/CIMA with at least 3-5 years PQE in a manufacturing/FMCG and distribution business, with a strong understanding of manufacturing and labour costs. An excellent communicator, with attention to detail, comfortable being challenged on a variety of costing issues, advanced Excel skills essential as is having the ability to build key business partnerships within the Group.
