SF Group are recruiting for a superb business in Birmingham. This IT led business are seeking a Head of FP&A to support their team.
Main duties include:
- Heading a commercially led FP&A Team
- Team management and development
- Building quarterly forecasts
- Analysis and challenging budgets
- Ad hoc commercial analysis to support management decision making
- Month end variance analysis
- Process improvement
This role will see you join a growing business. Whilst this comes with excellent progression opportunities, the successful candidate will need to be at the heart of process implementation and improvement. The ideal candidate will be ACCA/CIMA or ACA qualified and can be from any industry. Key skills will include business partnering background, the ability to make top level decisions and the ability to manage a team.
