The objective of this position is to oversee the transactional processing of AP / AR / Intercompany / Treasury and accounts up to trial balance. The position will also be responsible for the UK statutory financial statements, the US-GAAP group reporting package and will be the contact person for the company's auditor.To succeed the successful individual will possess the ability to engage at all levels and very quickly establish relationships with direct reports to instil and drive a culture where excellent customer service is paramount. You will be an energetic leader with a 'lead from the front' attitude. Responsible for coaching, developing and up skilling team, identify and implement where required process improvement, system improvement and increased efficiencies wherever possible. This is a key role within the organisation requiring regular contact with senior management and key stakeholders throughout the global network with a salary between £65,000 - £75,000 pa + bens
