Our client, a global company experiencing continual rapid growth year on year are looking to quickly source a progressive and tenacious Senior Management Accountant to join their growing team. They are seeking an individual willing to take on a largely autonomous role and act as a figure head of their new site during a period of rapid growth. The opportunity has huge scope and will require a candidate willing to take on a challenge as they break through the UK market. This highly visible role will report directly into the Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare management accounts for senior management team
-Gain tight control of the new site by implementing processes and reporting from scratch
-Business partner with Operational Management teams
-Produce monthly budgeting and forecasting opex and capex plans
-Preparing accounts, financial statements, reports with relevant analysis for presentation to senior management
-Managing the financial aspects of facilities/maintenance Service Level Agreements
-Ensuring that company growth is being driven at all times
-Ensuring that financial controls are effective and being implemented at all times
-Assisting with any ad-hoc projects as required

What we are looking for:
-ACA/ACCA/CIMA (would consider qualification by experience)
-Over 5 years of experience as a management accountant or similar role, ideally working within a large Contract Research Organisation(CRO)
-Experience in contract costing, revenue recognition and project accounting
-Strong business partnering skills
-Strong character with gravitas and ability to communicate confidently with senior management
