Finance business partner for a leading International business in the Farnborough area

Your new company
You will be working for a large business with a global presence based close to Farnborough, Hampshire in the commercial finance team.

Your new role
Reporting into the finance manager, you will be a key analyst and business partner for a number of operational teams onsite. This is a highly autonomous role where you will need to build a relationship with operations and understand the key drivers affecting business, highlighting areas of risk and opportunity and building operational reports. As a senior member of the team, you will also be responsible for supporting the part-qualified finance team and mentoring as they complete their professional exams. At month end you will also be involved in regular reporting requirements and supporting year end audit.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), you should be confident in liaising with operational/commercial teams and driving business growth. As a strong analyst, you should be comfortable in working with and manipulating a high volume of data using Excel.
