Financial Controller / Finance Manager - Hertfordshire
£35,000 to £45,000 - Permanent
Market Leading FinTech Business 

Circle Square Talent is currently seeking a qualified FC/FM for a well established FinTech business, based in Hertfordshire

Key duties will include but are not limited to:

• Financial accounting including the year end draft pack;
• Management reporting inclusive of a monthly management accounts; 
• Recruiting and building a small accounts team (currently finance is outsourced so you will be responsible for bringing everything in-house);
• Accounting and management information systems;
• Being objective and neutral in decision-making;
• Interacting appropriately at all levels within the organisation;
• Providing constructive support to directors in the development and analysis of initiatives/financial proposals;
• Communicating and presenting financial information to internal and external audiences and at different levels;
• This role is newly created and therefor you can make this your own and we do require previous experience of bringing an accounts department in-house.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent
• Experienced professional who has worked in a finance role 
• Good interpersonal skills with "can do" attitude
• Advanced IT skills as you will also put new systems in
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• High attention to detail, organised, able to manage own time and workload
