The Opportunity
Our client is a PE backed digital marketing company. This innovative business are a market leader in their B2C niche and have grown organically and via acquisition steadily over the last five years. The investors are looking to continue their growth plan ready for sale in a three to five year period.
The Group Financial Controller is looking to support the Financial Control team and business operations with the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner.
The Role
To ensure high quality financial and management information and support the Commercial and Creative teams organising marketing events.
To prepare and manage budgets with business operations working to educate in financial management. You will have responsibility for one Assistant Accountant.
The Candidate
This is a finance role which requires solid, high quality financial management experience, well developed communication skills, initiative and a positive energetic style.
You will have a good understanding of the Monthly Management reporting process.
Ideally some experience of working in a PE backed company.
The natural career development plan is to a more senior commercial role with a small team or Financial Controller.
