This role has arisen within this South Cheshire Group and offers an excellent opportunity to be involved in all aspects of a Finance Manager. Reporting to and working closely with the FD of the division the successful candidate will be self-motivated, an effective communicator and have a strong awareness of the key values required to work within a fast paced accounting function.

To support the commercial team to understand margin trends.
Identifying product trends that will drive margin
Develop commercial plans with the business to deliver target
Monitor performance of margin against plan and budget. Providing clear variance analysis of deviation from that plan
Provide input into cost reduction plans across the commercial team and commercial negotiations.
Monitor and own the reporting of supplier income, helping with the coordination to ensure all income is collected timely

This is an exciting period for the business with an ERP system being implemented in the coming months and restructure of their finance team.
