Orleans House are working on a confidential hire for a global business with turnover in the billions. The client is well known to be a great place to work, supportive of staff and giving staff access all levels to senior staff
Due to someone exiting the business at short notice, we are looking to replace initially with an Interim FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Director – for a period of 6 months.
The Interim FP&A Director will lead the planning and forecasting process alongside the monthly reporting and analysis. It will be the Interim FP&A Director who leads the monthly reporting and analysis across the P&L.
Ultimately we are looking for a qualified accountant with at least 10 years experience, who is a great all round FP&A leader. We are looking for passion, personality, dynamism and not someone who has dipped their toe in the analysis pool, but someone who has swum in it daily for years.
