Interim Finance Business Partner

A Financial Services company is looking for a highly talented and motivated Finance Business Partner.

The role provides the opportunity to work with director level stakeholders and be given a high level of autonomy during a defining period of growth and change for the business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ownership of month end, budgeting & forecasting process, and assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Providing project analysis and updates for Directors.
• Support with the integration of a newly acquired business.
• Present the monthly Board report to senior Stakeholders and provide insightful analysis which aids decision making.

Personal and Professional Competencies:

• Fully qualified (ACA, CIMA or ACCA or equivalent).
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to both constructively challenge and influence at all levels
• An ability to establish credibility with senior leaders and work with them to help provide valuable commercial support and business insight
• The ability to work independently and proactively.
