Our client, an IT company based in Central London, is looking for a commercial Finance Director for their thriving business. The role reports into the MD and you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of finance.

They are looking for someone who holds an accountancy qualification and has experience of working for a software company. You must have exposure to international tax matters and transfer pricing.

Key aspects of the role:

• Manage the finance function for the Group.
• Direct supervision of a small team.
• Monthly reporting (P&L and Balance sheet)
• Monthly management reporting
• Tax reporting
• Manage day to day payments, cash position across currencies.
• Reconcile year end reporting.
• Liaise with auditors for statutory reporting.
• Deal with all Tax issues
• Manage invoicing for all entities.
• Manage transfer pricing across group entities.
• Manage payroll for all entities.
• Work closely with board, participate in weekly MD meetings and bi-annual board meetings.
• Make suggestions for process improvements.
