Finance Controller/FDD

greenwellgleeson are exclusively recruiting for a industry leading manufacturing organisation. The business has recently entered into a joint venture which has resulted the requirement for a new Finance Controller who will hopefully transition into the FD position. The key duties will include:-

* Take ownership of the finance function of the new business with end to end responsibility for the financial and management reporting
* Drive and improve processes and controls across the finance function
* Manage, develop and and motive a team
* Business Partner Operational Management to drive enhance performance

* Develop MI to help drive the business

* Lead business planning process

* Manage the transactional process

* Manage cash and cash flow forecasting process

* Be the key point of contact with external auditors and group finance



To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:-

* Qualified accountant

* Experience of working in a manufacturing organisation

* Management and development of a finance team and improving processes

* Experience in a multi site operation with a willingness to travel including over night stays

* Be highly driven and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
