Axon Moore are currently working with a hugely dynamic business based in Manchester city centre who’ve undergone significant growth in the last few years.
The business is a leading professional services advisor with a market-leading presence in the UK, as well as a wider global reach. Now, having grown the brand over the last few years the business is looking to bolster their Manchester team at Manager level.
Working closely with a high-calibre team on delivering a top quality service for their clients is a paramount objective. The successful candidate will undertake a varied role with a portfolio of diverse clients, conducting specialist and tailored advisory work with a strong operational focus.
The role will involve occasional travel to the London head office.
General duties include;
• Working with several business to assess their business plans and strategies
• Creating forecasts and sensitivity analysis on clients proposals
• Forming a close working relationship with business owners
• Develop a strong understanding of the wider business environment
The successful candidate will have the following demonstrable experience;
• ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified with min 18 months PQE
• Excellent forecasting and budgeting skills
• Ability to work within a dynamic environment within an ambitious business
• Commercial acumen and ability to work closely with entrepreneurs
The successful candidate may have been trained within a Top10 practice witha background in audit or accounts prep before subsequent corporate finance experience. Alternatively, this person may be CIMA qualified with a background in commercial analysis.
