A fast growing, entrepreneurial restaurant chain is currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join their fast pace finance team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, initially you will be responsible for doing the payroll for 400+ employees across the different sites and head office and accounts receivable duties. This role will then lead to doing accounts payable, bank reconciliations, assisting with the management accounts prep and much more.
This role would suit a recent finance and accounting graduate who is looking for their first career step in to the finance world. You will be responsible for taking ownership of your work, be self-motivated and organised. The candidate will have a solid base understanding of finance, double entry and sales and purchase ledgers. Strong Excel skills and previous use of an accounting system is an advantage.
