This Global Retail business with revenues of £5bn plus and 300 stores worldwide have a reputation for being a market leader and offering a diverse range of products adding to the contemporary fast fashion trends.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within this organisation's Berkshire head office for a newly qualified accountant to join a thriving group function as a financial reporting and consolidation accountant with extensive opportunties to grow and develop.
The role will encompass:
- IFRS Reporting
- Consolidation of Group Statutory Accounts
- Monthly Reporting
- Group Cashflow
- Point of contact for auditors
The succesful applicant will have a regonised professional qualification ACA/ICAEW, ACCA or CIMA and will have a desire to work within the retail and FMCG sector. Previous exposure to the sector isn't essential but for those without it will be important to have researched the market and understand what affects it. IFRS is a must have alongside the ability to work collaborativley in a team orientated environment which delivers due to an ethos of communication and shared responsibilty.
