Finance Manager

Blackwaters is recruiting for a mid-sized, PE owned technology business in Reading. To handle ongoing integration and transformation, a technically minded Finance Manager is required to manage a small team responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting alongside ongoing project work.

Responsibilities include;

• Produce monthly management accounts and board pack.
• Ensure accurate completion of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare annual statutory accounts and liaise with auditors. Significantly contribute, including initiation, to ongoing legacy integration, systems streamlining, improvement to controls and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver the best outcomes.
• Manage and develop team members.

Profile required;

• ACA or ACCA qualified with significant exposure to audit.
• A background in a fast-changing business environment.
• Experience of continuous improvement and project work.
• An articulate communicator.
