Finance Director required to join a substantial manufacturing group in the Warwickshire area. Reporting to the Group Finance Director the Finance Director has responsibility for a diverse manufacturing company across multiple sites and several operating business/brands.
Based at their Warwickshire division H/Q, the new Finance Director will work hand-in-hand with the operational team to drive business performance in all areas. Candidates must be qualified (ACA, ACMA, ACCA) or equivalent, ideally with a strong academic record. You will be highly ambitious, have confidence, professional interpersonal skills and be capable of gaining credibility quickly with key stakeholders. Previous experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred and candidates must be ambitious, high achievers who can demonstrate continued upward progression.
