Venture Recruitment Partners are working with an international technology business based in South Hampshire to recruit a Financial Controller on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the CFO this is a broad role managing a small accounts team. Key responsibilities will include:
- Group reporting including all consolidated financial accounting and management accounts including KPI’s and analysis.
- Overseeing the financial control environment including implementing group accounting policies
- Cash flow management and budgeting and forecasting
- Acting as a Business Partner to non-finance managers across operations
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and will ideally have previous commercial and /or supervisory experience. Exposure to international consolidations is essential. The company benefits from having strong investors and is poised to embark upon a period of exciting growth.
