Assistant Technical Accountant – Insurance
The main purpose of the role will be to reconcile cash received and paid against non-cash entries processed by the in-house broker.
Salary - £25,000 - £35,000 - DOE
Location – London (Commutable stations include Aldgate, Bank, Monument, Liverpool Street)
The main responsibilities will be to carry out reconciliations on cover holder business between cash paid and received against entries processed by CBS, the in-house broker, promptly and efficiently in the Sun ledger system. You will Investigate and establish why differences occur, produce journals as required, and maintain an audit trail for this and provide statistics as and when required, and discuss these at meetings with the Head of Credit Management.
To be considered for this role you will have a Maths GCSE or A Level, have strong reconciliation experience be able to work with Excel and Word and have a strong knowledge of LPANs/ LCCFs and London Market.
