Divisional Finance Director sought for a FTSE 250 business services organisation. As the Finance Director for the business unit you will partner the multiple divisional MDs, lead the finance team and provide business support to operational business heads. You will also be intimately involved in commercial negotiations, particularly around tenders and re-tenders. This role is more than a your standard Divisional Finance Director, it is an opportunity to gain direct commercial experience and put yourself on the track to a broader CFO role or even potentially a Managing Director longer term
This pivotal role will require an experienced Finance Director with a track record of delivering the numbers as well as partnering cross-functionally to drive commercial value. You will be a strong self-starter who can influence cross-functionally with emotional intelligence and tact whilst being robust enough to ensure the right business outcome.
This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your skillset beyond that of a traditional finance director and truly add value in this key division.
