Financial Controller

I have a fantastic new opportunity for a ambitious, hands on and entrepreneurial Financial Controller to join an SME Manufacturer.

This role will be based in London but there will be the opportunity to travel to operations in Europe, and develop your in International Finance.

An ideal candidate for this role will typically:

• Have a desire to develop leadership skills in addition to broad skills in Finance
• Have Experience of
  • Group Cashflow planning
  • Group consolidation
  • Group Process and Controls
  • FX transactions and accounting
  • Preparation of Board information
  • Investment analysis and ROI
  • Managing/implementing IT or ERP processes
• Be ready to lead a team of local/dispersed accountants/book-keepers
• Be ready to travel to Europe and USA
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoy an entrepreneurial challenge and environment
• Likes to think for themselves and can operate independently
• Although not necessary for the role, we'd also be interested in knowing if:
  • You have any experience in packaging machinery or other capital good industries
  • You have some knowledge of one or two European languages
  • You have any knowledge of Netsuite or other ERP systems
