Due to continued growth, the UK division, t/o £500m, has created a new role for a qualified Management Accountant to support the London Division and the EMEA group finance & SMT team. A broad brief includes:
•Supporting the delivery of business plans, monthly management accounts & quarterly reports for London Division
•Involvement in monthly sales meetings to ensure sales pipeline forecasting of accurate
•Control of key costs to ensure that Opex & Capex are managed in line with the commercial deals / projects won
•Supporting Project Managers in the control & monitoring of project costs within budget
•Assisting with the implementation of a Revenue Recovery schedule to mitigate business risk
•Assisting with preparation of statutory accounts under IFRS for group consolidation
•Delivering preparation of monthly Profit & Loss analysis & balance sheet reconciliation
•Assisting with the management of year-end processes for external audit
As a passed finalist or qualified accountant, you will demonstrate significant experience of management accounting, business planning and year-end statutory accounts and consolidation preparation, gained within a pan-European or international business environment. The role demands a proactive, enthusiastic approach, the gravitas to support the non-finance community and the capability to deliver key accounting processes against monthly deadlines.
