Venture Recruitment Partners are seeking to recruit a Governance & Compliance Manager on behalf of our client, an international business based in Basingstoke.
The position will report to the Finance Director and will review the procedures in place for key finance processes and document the best practise for the UK business. You will develop a good understanding of financial systems, as well as improving them, and will work closely with other departments to make sure processes are understood and adhered to.
The successful candidate will be Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a background in external or internal audit. You will have strong communicative and influencing skills in order to build relationships with other departments so that they understand the importance of financial control. You will also be a strong user of Excel and have a solutions focussed approach.
