An exciting new opportunity has arisen within a fast paced and continuously growing hospitality business, for a switched on and enthusiastic Accounts Payable Specialist.
The role reports to the AP Manager and will offer support with the new software implementation (from ERP to a Purchase to Pay solution).
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the daily AP function
- Processing invoices
- Dealing with queries
- Making Payments
- Monitor purchase orders
- Answer all AP invoice queries
- Supporting the Accounts Payable Manager during the ERP/P2P project
We are looking for candidates that have experience in a similar role, someone that can pick things quickly, has a ''can-do'' attitude and can adapt quickly.
