Senior Audit Manager

My Top 20 Practice client in London are looking for a Senior Manager within their General Practice Department.  The incumbent will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients (approx. £600K gross recurring fees), covering a variety of business sectors, sizes and structures. You will be responsible for all aspects of audit and accounts assignment management, as well as staff management and administration.

Main Responsibilities:

• To provide a client focused and commercially aware service in an efficient and professional manner, in line with relevant legislation, standards and best practice.
• To mentor, train and manage junior members of staff to enable them to develop and progress.
• To actively promote and market the firm and its services, to attract new clients and retain and develop relationships with existing clients.
• To be responsible for company and LLP audits, accounts preparations, company and LLP tax and compliance.
• To support predominately professional services clients.

Ideal Requirements:

• ACA or ACCA Qualified (or equivalent)
• 4 - 5 years experience at Manager level
• Strong experience of running your own portfolio. Y
• High level of familiarity with UK auditing / accounting standards and corporation tax knowledge, as well as excellent organisational, communication and project management skills.
