My client is a unique specialist international business with offices throughout Europe and North America. They are currently seeking to recruit a European Financial Controller for their South Devon based office. Reporting to Finance Director you will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting , internal controls and tax compliance across the business. This role requires strong analytical skills and previous management experience preferably in a multi-site environment. (Salary to £55,000 + Bonus) More specific duties will include:
- Oversee Compliance of IFRS GAAP
- Manage & mentor an accounts team across multiple locations
- Insure Internal & external audits are completed effectively
- Ensure compliance on Tax: Corporation, Payroll & VAT
- Project management
