Our Client, an instantly recognisable, household brand name and consumer favourite, is looking to source a dynamic and commercially astute Business Analysis Manager to join its talented team. This highly acquisitive business has demonstrated impressive growth across the UK and Europe and continues to deliver 'best in class' operational and financial performance.

This is a pivotal role for the organisation, with the successful candidate tasked with taking full ownership of the external market analysis, ensuring the business has consistent leverage and a strong competitive advantage. You will work closely with Pricing and Customer Insight teams to create reports and presentations to Board and Exec level that highlight key trends and recommendations, ultimately aiding commercial decision making.

Main duties include:
-Working cross functionally to develop market forecasts for weekly, quarterly and annual financial planning processes as well as Long Range Plan
-Establish steady state market versus other factors in order to establish key drivers of change
-Developing methodologies to establish primary growth in local and total market
-Delivering monthly market insight report for Executives
-Reviewing competition impact and monitor competitor performance
-Establishing information sources and routines to aid local market analysis and insights
-Assessing new market attractiveness
-Working with Finance Business Partners on pre-implementation analysis for new innovations and initiatives, covering potential business impact, conclusions and recommendations

Key skills & experience required:
-Strong track record in planning and analysis focused roles
-Proven ability to influence at a Senior/Director Level
-Confident and credible communicator, able to present succinctly and with impact
-Advanced Excel (VBA) and Modelling Skills
-Clear commercial awareness and understanding of key business drivers
-Capable of creative and innovative thought, challenging the status quo where necessary
-Excellent work ethic, tenacious and curious nature
-Outstanding presentation skills
-A formal Accounting qualification is highly desirable but not essential
