Finance Manager

Reporting to the Director of Group Finance this role is responsible for leading the Group Finance Centre Team in delivering the processing of all Group purchase invoices, matching cash receipts to sales and maintaining the Groups day to day banking activities.

You will have full line management responsibility, including oversight, development and recruitment as necessary, for Group Finance Centre team made up of 14 colleagues.

You will look after the day to day work allocation across the team, ensuring processing is maintained at a level which supports the business.

Acting as a visible team leader and role model to the Group Finance Centre team whilst ensuring company policies and processes are adhered to

You will have a demonstrable experience of managing and leading an operational finance team.
Be a dynamic individual who is able to operate as a team player whilst working independently with an environment of continuous change. You will have proven ability to engage and motivate an operational team with excellent communication skills including an ability to influence others.

The role is a key role within the finance team and the opportunity has arisen due to the need to provide maternity cover. It offers a real opportunity to join a business that is growing significantly. Over the course of the next 12 to 24 months new finance roles will be created and recruitment needs arise.
