Your new company
You will be working within the finance team of a global financial services company in Edinburgh City Centre.
Your new role
Your new role will see you work alongside the other bookkeepers within the finance team. Your duties will include; purchase ledger, sales ledger and taking accounts to trial balance. You will be working in a fast paced and varied environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you should have bookkeeping experience and a relevant accountancy and finance degree. The client is flexible on experience however you must have a passion for accounts and clear evidence of this through study or relevant work experience. You should be a self starter who is motivated to add value from day one of the contract. Within this role you will be liaising with customers and internal colleagues so you should have excellent communication skills.
Your notice period should be no longer than two weeks. The compliance for this role will involve 5 years worth of references, a credit check and a disclosure Scotland.
