Management Accountant

A rapidly growing FMCG business are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join their expanding Finance Team.

The ideal Candidate will be PQ/Finalist level with 2-3 years Management Accounting experience.

Responsibilities:
* Monitoring day-to-day financial operations such as payroll, invoicing and supplier payments
* Preparation and management of all key financial statements
* Preparation of a monthly reporting pack and providing explanations for movements versus forecast and prior year
* Cash flow management and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
* Reconciling key supplier accounts on a regular basis, to ensure clear visibility of issues and management of major accounts
* Implementation, maintenance and improvement of robust processes and internal controls to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business
* Liaising with external partners for tax preparation, auditing, banking and other financial needs as necessary
* Assisting with ad hoc projects, as required to ensure that objectives are met

Skills Required:
* Part qualified or qualified accountant (min 2-3 years' experience)
* Solid understanding of Sage Accounting software
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Organisational skills
* Flexible with the ability to identify and implement practical solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
