Management Accountant

THE COMPANY:

Brewster Pratap is delighted to be working with a growing business on the outskirts of Castleford who are looking to expand their finance team.

An exciting opportunity is available to join an extremely successful market leader in its sector.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:

• Management of the junior finance team to ensure all accounting and reporting deadlines are met.
• Detailed analysis of profitability, balance sheet and cash flows
• Detailed analysis of revenue and staffing costs.
• Detailed analysis of key balance sheet metrics
• Group cashflow modelling, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Detailed analysis of progress compared to budget including, costs, pre-opening expenditure and roll-out performance.
• Working with the broader management team to enhance the reporting function to assist drive better business.

THE PERSON:

• Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
• Experience of a fast paced environment and changing priorities
• Able to deliver to tight deadlines with flexibility to achieve.
• Keen eye for detail and an approach to always improving ways of working.
• Effective communicator and negotiator at all levels across the business
