Job title: Interim Finance Manager
Location: London - Nearest tube station is Kings Cross
Duration: 1 - 2 months - possible extension
Duties:
This is an immediate start interim finance manager role working for a not for profit charity based in London.
Working as part of team of 6 and reporting to the finance director you'll be responsible for the line management of three team members. In addition, you will also be required to lead on and complete the year end, statutory accounts so knowledge of statutory and SORP accounting is essential. In addition, you'll be responsible for the month end accounting including payroll journals, fixed asset register, P&L and cash flow forecasts. You'll also be responsible for budget holder management, as well as updating the senior management team on the financial situation of the charity.
Applicants for this should be qualified accountants or finalist accountants with a proven tracj record in similar role ideally within a not for profit organization. You should also be competent user of Excel and have experience of working with various accounting packages.
