Finance Business Partner

Our client, a global leader in its sector and instantly recognisable brand are looking to source a Finance Business Partner to join their commercial finance team. The role will be to be a Business Partner for the Senior Operations hierarchy and will be involve long term business planning for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

-Forecasting and reporting monthly income and margin projections
-Strategic business partner for the Operations hierarchy and support departments
-Analysing and reporting on financial trends within the business
-Supporting forward modelling on pay, pricing and hedging strategies
-Ensure Operator affordability and governance
-Support the delivery of the long term business strategy
-Provide financial training support to the Operations Hierarchy
-Support the annual financial planning process
-Presentations at all hierarchy levels on UK results and financial performance

The role would suit an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with experience of managing high performing teams and individuals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent presentation skills and will be career focused and keen to progress within the business.
