Interim Management Accountant, Watford
£35,000 - £45,000 plus benefits

Our client, a dynamic and ambitious organisation with an instantly recognisable brand name, is looking for an outgoing and hardworking Management Accountant to join their team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to gain experience and play a pivotal role within a well-known business.

Responsibilities include:
*Producing monthly reports, budgets and forecasts
*Ensuring that financial controls are effective and being implemented at all times
*Evaluating the key reporting requirements along with the rest of the team
*Supporting and developing other members of staff
*Ensuring that company growth is being driven at all times
*Providing transparent financial data and reports
*Assisting with any ad-hoc projects as required

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with at least 2-3 years' proven experience within a similar role, however those part-qualified or qualified by experience with the right skillset will also be considered. You will have excellent communication skills and possess a self-motivated attitude towards your work. This role requires someone with a very keen eye for detail and the ability to work on their own initiative. This is a great opportunity for an individual to build on previous experience and play a pivotal role within a highly regarded entity.
