Finance Director

An opportunity has arisen, to work with a fantastic company that has grown from a start up to an iconic and well regarded British brand in just a short period of time. The company is seeking its first Finance Director in order to continue the planned growth of the business to the next stage.

Reporting to the CEO this role will involve the individual to have a strong knowledge of technical processes and systems, as well as responsibility for the full finance function team including management and support of accounts

Prior experience developing reports and monitoring a businesses growth is essential, as well as maintaining and optimising robust information systems, processes and controls to support a growing business. The role will also require the candidate to provide advice and guidance on financial strategies to secure group objectives.

The business strives and is known for their quality products for both a commercial and retail consumer. Therefore, the role requires a structured and well trained individual to dive into this entrepreneurial business with a hands on and fearless approach. This is an ideal opportunity for a determined and commercially astute candidate to join a fast growing business which is on course for a successful and financially rewarding future.

This role would suit either an experienced Finance Director from a retail background or a Finance Controller currently in a larger business looking to step up into a number one position.
