Finance Director – Software Industry
Central London - £100k + Bonus + Benefits - Permanent
Circle Square Talent is currently seeking a qualified Finance Director for a growing Software firm based in Holborn.
Finance Director – Fin-tech Industry – London- Key duties will include but are not limited to:
- Management of a small team
- All financial issues relating to IP
- Restructuring of the business to reflect the post Brexit landscape
- Strategic vision and a commercial approach
- Financial accounting and accounting standards
- Taxation and other relevant legislation
- Accounting and management information systems
- Being objective and neutral in decision-making
- Interacting appropriately at all levels within the organisation
- Providing constructive support to directors in the development and analysis of initiatives/financial proposals.
- Communicating and presenting complex financial information to internal and external audiences and at different levels.
Finance Director – Fin-tech Industry – London- The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent
- Previous sector experience
- Good interpersonal skills with "can do" attitude
- Advanced IT modelling skills
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- High attention to detail, organised, able to manage own time and workload
