Churchill Howard are working together with a leading business based in Solihull, seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to support the development of financial planning, budgeting and modelling. A fast growing listed organisation with a great reputation in its market which will allow you to make a tangible impact and offers the opportunity to grow with the business to fulfil your potential.
Key responsibilities:
• Communicate with central business units to aid production of the rolling year on year and longer term strategic business plan
• Support budgeting and forecasting process and review performance against target
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling to support strategic development.
• Provision of relevant commercial insight back to the business together with guidance from a financial perspective on how to mitigate risk and capitalise on opportunities
• Lead finance in M&A projects, investment appraisals and cashflow modelling
• Support marketing and business development teams with new product / scenario and profitability modelling.
Key skills:
• Qualified accountant CIMA / ACA / ACCA
• Credibility to advise at board level and the commercial sense to understand the impact you will have.
• End to end budgeting experience
• Strong Excel skills required with experience of creating new and developing existing financial models.
