Financial Controller required for Worcestershire Manufacturing Company

Your new company
I am working exclusively with a Worcestershire Manufacturing Company to recruit a Financial Controller. My client has huge growth plans for the future and operates from a number of Overseas locations. My Client is easily accessible from Cheltenham, Worcester, Hereford and Birmingham.

Your new role
As the Financial Controller you will take responsibility for running the Finance Function and Team to support the MD with financial information. You will have responsibility for the UK sites and their Oversea's locations to ensure that month-end deadlines are hit and provide the MD with financial reports to support the running of the sites. My client has extensive growth plans over the coming years and is looking for a Financial Controller who will grow with the business, supporting the MD and Directors and ensuring the Finance Teams across all locations deliver the key financial information to support this growth. My Client is looking for a Financial Controller who is looking for a challenge and longevity in a Company.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful Financial Controller will be a Qualified Accountant with experience of managing a finance team, strong financial reporting to deliver key information around Budgets, cashflow and forecasting and who will join the Directors in the vision for the growth of the Company.
