A growing SME service support business is now recruiting for a Financial Controller. Reporting to CFO and Board of Directors, this is a 'hands on' role. Core duties will include management reporting, balance sheet, P&L analysis, VAT, KPI's, and a variety of project work. You will be joining a growing business and you will play an integral part of a management team and help to manage/support the future growth of the business. You will also be reporting to line management whom are happy for you to make suggestions/improvement ideas. The successful candidate will be qualified and need to be a 'fixer and doer', flexible in work approach, and a team player. Good Excel skills are essential as well as:-

* Experience of Sage line 50
* Cashflow management
* Excellent communication,presentation and organizational skills
* The ability to work under pressure
* Experience of interacting with and supporting operational teams
