Finance Manager Job - Are you looking for a management role?

You will be joining a growing SME based in the Leatherhead area in bright modern offices. This International product business is experiencing a high level of growth YOY and is looking for a qualified accountant to help support the rapid growth.

Your new role
Reporting into an experienced and proactive Head of Finance, you will be taking charge of the running of the finance department on a day-to-day basis including delivery of timely, accurate and value add management accounts, KPI reports and commentary. In addition, you will be managing a team of part-qualified accountants, taking a lead on their development and training. As an ambassador of the finance department, you will be expected to work closely with department managers to assist and support on budgets and forecasts. This is a great opportunity to take on a role with broad responsibility and team management!

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/equivalent), you should have strong experience in a commercial role - management accounting, financial analysis or business partnering with some supervisory skills. Experience of a product/FMCG/manufacturing environment would be highly advantageous.
